"The team at Halley Consulting not only gave us detailed
quarterly action plans guiding the operational improvements of our medical
practice networks, they rolled up their sleeves and helped us implement
these enhancements. I highly recommend their expertise to any hospital or
health system trying
to identify potential opportunities for operational,
financial, and strategic gains within their practice networks."

Is your network one step forward and two steps back? The Halley Consulting Group Network Evaluation provides a road map for a physician practice network to reduce losses, achieve significant operational improvements and ultimately strengthen market share. This evaluation provides an external review of the strengths and weaknesses of a practice network as measured against various operating and financial benchmarks for successful practices including:
Importantly, the evaluation also provides clients with a roadmap for closing any gaps in operational or financial performance. |
The Network Evaluation process consists of the following steps:
As part of our evaluation process we gather financial and statistical information from those responsible for servicing the practices and the network. We conduct our GAP Analysis, which helps identify network strengths and weaknesses, as well as the root causes of financial performance challenges. If the data is available, we conduct this analysis at the individual clinic site level as well as for the network as a whole. The deliverable is a written document including observations and recommendations by functional category, as well as the tools and models that apply to the recommendations. Importantly, the write-up includes our quarterly implementation action plan recommendations. We present these findings to various stakeholders within your system.
