Thomas A. Shroeder

Thomas A. Shroeder, BS, serves as Halley Consulting Group’s Western Region Sales Executive. His experience includes the successful launch of a web-based denials claim management company and development of long-term client relationships with state and local government officials while providing IT solutions for an international technology research company. Additionally, Tom spent many years working in display advertising for a leading document management and office equipment manufacturer. His responsibilities included planning and implementation of strategies for selling advanced hardware and software solutions to clients. Tom received his B.S. degree from Radford University in Virginia.
