Linda Forbes

Linda Forbes, MS, CMPE, whose tenure in healthcare dates back to 1982, serves as Practice Consultant for Halley Consulting. Her expertise most recently led her to ten years as a private healthcare consultant working throughout the Midwest to provide: strategic, business and marketing planning; physician governance modeling; benchmark data reporting; compliance measurement; payer contract negotiation, practice fee schedule development; ancillary service line creation; budget reporting; interim practice management, practice acquisition and practice network development; and more. Her prior work included managing a cardiovascular practice and an occupational medicine clinic and administering a 120-physician Independent Physician Association. Linda has also written grants and established a Community Health Clinic. Linda is certified by the ACMPE. She received her Master of Science in Adult Leadership/Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
