Judith Treharne

Judith Treharne, MAOL, is a Practice Consultant for our team. Her extensive healthcare management experience began in 1979, as an instructor in a Health Occupations program at a community college. Since that time, she has served as Clinic Manager, responsible for day-to-day operations in a hospital setting and Administrative Manager of a clinical department in a children’s hospital. Beginning in 1992, she functioned in a variety of leadership roles within a multi-specialty hospital-owned medical practice network governed by one of the largest health systems in the Midwest. Her accomplishments included improving ambulatory clinical financial performance by $8 million in one year, leading successful JCAHO accreditation surveys, strategic implementation of practice management systems which improved the quality of patient care, and integration of various independent and hospital-owned practices into the hospital system. Judy received her MBA from the College of Saint Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
