James Hayes

James Hayes, MBA, a former employee of Ambulatory Management Services, has returned to Halley Consulting as a Network Executive. Jim began his work in the healthcare arena in 1982 and his experience on the medical practice side of the business reflects his long and successful career path. His skills include implementation of operational improvement plans, development of benchmark reporting tools, business planning, contract negotiation, compliance audits including JCAHO, billing management and practice marketing. Over the years, Jim has served as CEO for a 24-physician radiology practice, Quality and Compliance Officer for a mental health center, Quality Director for a community hospital and director of a skilled care center for a regional tertiary hospital. Jim received his MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from Ball State University.
