Christopher Hicks

Christopher Hicks, AAS., serves as a Practice Consultant for Halley Consultant. His healthcare experience dates back to 1992, serving at both the hospital and System level in a variety of project management, revenue cycle, and practice operations roles. He has managed physician network business offices, including all phases of revenue cycle for a 30-physician, multi-specialty network. Chris has developed revenue cycle reporting methodology that led to the design of clinic best practices. He has significant experience in data analysis and modeling, as well as project management of EMR implementation. Christopher also has experience in hands-on integration of medical practices into a large healthcare system and is skilled at investigating and solving complex software, hardware and process issues across multiple hospital and practice systems and departments. Chris received an A.A.S. in Mental Health Technology with a minor in Accounting from the University of Toledo.
