Charlene Mooney

Charlene Mooney serves as a Practice Consultant for Halley Consulting Group. She brings more than 25 years experience in human resources, office management, staff supervision, and customer service initiatives to our team. Charlene has managed human resource functions for 600 employees, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, terminations, hiring, data entry, customer service training, and development of policies and procedures. She is particularly familiar with the challenges of physician practices on-the-ground, having served as physician liaison between a hospital system and a group of 1,000 physicians. Charlene is also expert at developing and presenting educational programs on physician office management, customer service, teamwork, and communication skills. She has received numerous awards and accolades during her tenure in healthcare. Charlene is a native of Columbus, Ohio.
