Ralph Harding is a Practice Consultant for Halley Consulting Group. For more than 20 years, Ralph has specialized in building successful businesses from scratch and in turning around their performance in the marketplace. Ralph has worked with companies in diverse industries such as healthcare, computer software, construction, manufacturing and telecommunications. His expertise includes needs assessments, financial feasibility studies, strategic business planning and implementation, marketing and sales planning and implementation, as well as change management initiative planning and implementation. In addition, Ralph has served as trustee for a variety of not-for-profits and Wilderness Quest, which provides support to young people struggling with substance abuse.
