Katrina Slavey

Katrina Slavey has been working hands-on with medical practices for more than 15 years. She has served as the Director of Regional Operations for a 10-practice, 28-provider, 100+ employee multi-specialty hospital-owned network. During her tenure, she developed a proven track record for developing and implementing key strategic initiatives across the network, driving operational improvements at all levels from finance to employee motivation. Katrina also successfully transitioned the practice network to a new billing platform which greatly increased their revenue cycle and established an incentive program which improved cash collections at the point of service. She is also experienced in all facets of new practice start-up, including physician credentialing and hiring of staff. Katrina is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree at the University of Richmond and serves as a Network Executive on the Halley team.
