Jennifer Snider

Jennifer Snider, MS, brings more than 10 years experience to her role as Network Executive. Her experience is diverse—from working with hospital-owned HMOs to market their services to area employers, to managing the sometimes-difficult role of liaison between employed medical staff and hospital administration in a community hospital. Before coming to Halley Consulting in 2007, she served as Physician Practice Manager and Physician Recruiter at a 100-bed hospital with an owned-practice network. Her roles included management of a $3.2 million budget, facilitating new practice start ups, implementing physician compensation models, contract and payer reimbursement negotiations, business plan development for a neurology practice, and physician recruitment for a variety of specialty service lines. Jennifer received a Master’s in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s from Wilmington College.
